I took two variations of this snap; one with people movement, and one without.

As much as I like the plain version, I seem to be drawn to the main subject more when there are people in the frame.

maybe that's just my street style creeping in..

As with every long exposure, this was taken with a tripod and an ND filter. As you can imagine, this was a pretty fiddly task in the strong winds on uneven terrain.
